| 1 cup | 237ml | Dried lentils - cooked until soft, d |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Green beans - boiled or steamed un |
| Cooked - but not mushy | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Peanuts - (or more) |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Diced onions - sauteed in oil |
| Until very soft - and turning brown | ||

| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Unsweetened peanut butter - (like laura scudders |

| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| Spike seasoning - (if you have it) |
Blend it all in the food processor until smooth. I do everything separately, then mix it all together because my food processor is not big enough to do it all at once. Serve as a sandwich spread, or on crackers.
