Minestrone Soup - 5 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Thinly sliced celery |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Thinly sliced carrot |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Potato - cut 1" pieces (1 lg) |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 | Tomatoes - undrained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Thinly sliced zucchini |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Green beans - cut in 1" pieces |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Broken spaghetti |
3 cups | 711ml | Hot water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant beef bouillon powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil leaves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley flakes |
In 3-qt casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover.
Microwave at High 25-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once or twice.
