Mashed Potatoes With Swiss Chard

Recipe Ingredients

8   Potatoes - peeled/quartered
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSwiss chard
1 cup 237mlEvaporated milk - (2 %)
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
  Black pepper and seasonings - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Barely cover potatoes with water; cook 15-20 minutes until tender; drain. Meanwhile, steam chard until stems are tender. Mash potatoes; puree chard in blender or food processor; combine potatoes and chard. Add remaining ingredients, stir.
