Mashed Potatoes With Swiss Chard Recipe - Cooking Index
8 | Potatoes - peeled/quartered | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Swiss chard |
1 cup | 237ml | Evaporated milk - (2 %) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
Black pepper and seasonings - to taste |
Barely cover potatoes with water; cook 15-20 minutes until tender; drain. Meanwhile, steam chard until stems are tender. Mash potatoes; puree chard in blender or food processor; combine potatoes and chard. Add remaining ingredients, stir.
