Marie's Marinated Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Canola oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vegetarian worcestershire - - sauce |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1 | Black pepper | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweetener |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Basil - chopped |
1 | Thyme | |
4 | Tomatoes - thinly sliced |
Whisk together all the ingredients, except the sliced tomatoes, in a small bowl. Place the tomatoes in a container. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
