Lentil And Rice One-Pot Supper Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Lentils |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Rice |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Sliced carrots |
3 cups | 711ml | Water |
1 | Vegetable broth | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
Wash and pick over lentils. Place in a large saucepan with rice and carrots. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is done, 20 to 30 minutes.
