1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Yellow onion - chopped |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
2 cups | 474ml | Lentils - cooked, drained & m |
2 cups | 474ml | Potato - mashed |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Whole-wheat bread crumbs - in |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dried sage |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried marjoram |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried rosemary |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper - ground |
Preparation Time: 0:50 Preheat the oven to 350F. Saute the onion and celery in the water about 10 minutes. Combine in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn and bake for an additional 20 minutes Serve hot on toasted whole wheat burger buns.
