Italian Vegetable Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Safflower oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parmesan cheese |
1 | Garlic powder | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Broccoli tops |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced zucchini |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped tomatoes |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cauliflower flowerets |
For the marinade, combine oil, vinegar, honey, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender jar. Process until smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat to boiling. Set off heat, and allow to cool. Mix vegetables and cover with marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
