Indiana Succotash Recipe - Cooking Index

1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Green onions with tops -- |

2 | Whole kernel corn - drained | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Paprika |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Celery salt |
Cut beans in rounds the size of corn; cook with 1/2 teaspoon salt about 15 minutes or until tender, drain. Saute green onions in butter until transparent (do not brown). Add corn, 1 teaspoon salt, paprika, celery salt and sugar, then beans. Simmer, covered about 10 minutes.
