1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onions |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrot chunks |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Vegetable broth powder |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Uncle ben's conv. Rice |
2 | Hunt's no-salt tomatoes | |
3 1/2 cups | 829ml | Water |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Pinto beans - cooked |
Pepper to taste | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil - dried |
(or 2 T fresh) | ||
1 | Green beans - cut | |
1 cup | 237ml | Okra - frozen or fresh, cut |
Salt to taste - optional |
Directions: Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook until done, about 6 hours.
