30 cups | 7110ml | Mushrooms - sliced (medium) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mozzarella cheese - part skim milk, shredded |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Parsley - fresh, minced |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Italian salad dressing - fat free |
Mix all ingredients in shallow 8x8 baking dish. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts. Serve open faced on whole grain bread.
