Hot Dill Pickles Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cucumbers | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Mustard seed |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Alum |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion (small) |
2 | Garlic | |
3 | Hot peppers | |
1 | Dill head | |
1 | Vinegar | |
3 | Water | |
1 cup | 237ml | Salt |
Put first seven ingredients into jars. Bring last three ingredients to a boil together and then pour into previously prepared jars. Seal.
Open in 3 to 4 weeks.
