Honey Onions Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Vidalia onions (medium) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Hot water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tomato juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground pepper |
Preheat oven to 350F. Peel onions and cut un half crosswise.
Place onion halves, cut side up, in a casserole dish. Mix ingredients; stir well. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes, covered. If it seems too dry, add a little more water.
