Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 330g / 11oz | Carrots - whole or sliced |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley flakes |
1 | Salt |
Cook carrots until tender and drain. Stir remaining ingredients in until carrots are well coated. Salt to taste. Makes 6 servings. Prep time, 5 minutes.
