Honey Glazed Brandied Carrots Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Baby carrots |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brandy |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Chopped parsley |
| Salt and pepper - to taste |
Cook carrots in salted water until tender. Drain. In a skillet place carrots and remaining ingredients and cook and stir until carrots are glazed and glossy.
