Homemade Chocolate Pudding Mix

Recipe Ingredients

		Dry Mix
4 cups	948ml	Nonfat dry milk solids
2 2/3 cups	527g / 18oz	Sugar
1 1/3 cups	83g / 2.9oz	Cornstarch
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Baking cocoa - (1 to 1 1/3)
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
		Pudding
2 cups	474ml	Milk
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Vanilla

Recipe Instructions

For Mix: Sift together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container or plastic bag. For Pudding: Combine 1 c. mix with milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly or do in Microwave, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Can serve warm or chilled.

For Pie: Can decrease milk by up to 1/4 cup. Follow directions for pudding. Cool slightly, pour into baked pie shell. MC formatting by [email protected]
