Herb Roasted Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Potatoes - red small, halved |
2 | Garlic | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh rosemary -- |
OR 1 tsp dry rosemary | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Olive oil nonstick cooking - | ||
Preheat oven to 450f. Coat large roasting pan with nonstick spray. In the roasting pan combine potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes well. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown.
