Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 187g / 6.6ozOatmeal - (flour)
1/2 cup 118mlOatmeal
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozWhole wheat flour
1 cup 237mlSucanat* - (granulated cane
  Juice)
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozShredded coconut
3 tablespoons 45mlFeatherweight* - (baking
  Powder)
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt - optional
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped walnuts
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozRaisins
4 tablespoons 60mlWater
2 teaspoons 10mlVanilla extract
1/2 cup 118mlHoney - (raw)
1   Pineapple

Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

3. In blender, mix water, vanilla extract, honey and pineapple. Add to above contents.

4. Drop by spoonfuls on to non-stick baking sheet at 350F. for 10-12 minutes.
