1/2 cup | 118ml | Oatmeal |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Whole wheat flour |
1 cup | 237ml | Sucanat* - (granulated cane |
Juice) | ||
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Shredded coconut |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Featherweight* - (baking |
Powder) | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt - optional |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped walnuts |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raisins |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla extract |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey - (raw) |
1 | Pineapple |
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
3. In blender, mix water, vanilla extract, honey and pineapple. Add to above contents.
4. Drop by spoonfuls on to non-stick baking sheet at 350F. for 10-12 minutes.
