1 | Sweet onion - cut in eighths (small) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped sweet red pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper |
Microwave frozen corn for 7 minutes on High speed. Mix in a small bowl - -- corn, vegetables, and spices together thoroughly. Spread in a single layer on dehydrator trays. Dry until crisp, 10 to 12 hours. Store in an airtight container.
To cook: Cover corn with boiling water and soak for 1/2 hour. Cook on low heat 20 to 30 minutes or until corn is soft enough to eat.
