Grilled Haole-Style Yams With Pineapple Butter

Recipe Ingredients

6 teaspoons 30mlYams (medium)
8 1/4 oz 234gCrushed pineapple in syrup - - drained
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozMargarine
1/4 cup 59mlTeriyaki baste & glaze - - (kikkoman)

Recipe Instructions

Wrap yams in foil, place on grill over medium-hot coals. Cook 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender when pinched. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat, stirring, until margarine melts. To serve, remove foil from yams, slit open and spoon pineapple mixture into yams.
