1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Flour |
3 cups | 711ml | Milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Swiss cheese - grated |

1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raw regular rice - cooked & |

Melt butter, blend in flour. Stir in milk. Cook until sauce boils and is thickened, stirring frequently. Add salt, dill weed and cheese; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add beans, rice and parsley. Turn into baking dish. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
