Green Beans With Onions, Butter And Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Onion - finely chopped (medium) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
2 | Frozen green beans - defrosted | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cream |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Saute onion in butter until soft. Add the green beans and continue sauteing until green beans are tender. Add the cream and seasonings and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cream is absorbed.
NOTES : Entire dish can be prepared earlier in the day and stored in the refrigerator. Heat before serving. (Also freezes well).
