Green Beans With Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Green beans - fresh, 1"pieces |
3 cups | 711ml | Water - salted, boiling |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
3 oz | 85g | Mushrooms - sliced canned |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - melted |
Place beans in saucepan containing boiling salted water. Add salt and sugar. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes; drain. Saute mushrooms in butter and add to beans.
