Green Beans Provencal Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Fresh green beans |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Tomato - peeled and cho (large) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil leaves |
Melt butter in medium skillet. Add beans, then remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender (10-15 minutes) serves 6
