Green Beans In Wine Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 640g / 22oz | Green beans - cooked |
3 | Bacon - diced | |
1 | Onion - sliced (medium) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cornstarch |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tarragon vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sherry |
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
