Green Beans In Wine Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups	640g / 22oz	Green beans - cooked
3		Bacon - diced
1		Onion - sliced (medium)
3 tablespoons	45ml	Sugar
2 teaspoons	10ml	Cornstarch
3 tablespoons	45ml	Tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup	118ml	Sherry

Recipe Instructions

Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
