Green Bean Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons 10mlOil
12 oz 340gGreen beans - topped and tailed
1 oz 28gRed sweet pepper - seeded, and (small)
  Cut into strips
3 oz 85gBean sprouts
  Freshly-cracked black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Heat the oil in a frying pan, skillet, or wok and stir-fry the beans and the sewwt peppers for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they become tender crisp. Stir in the bean sprouts and season to taste with the pepper. This recipe yields 4 servings.
