2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oil |
12 oz | 340g | Green beans - topped and tailed |
1 oz | 28g | Red sweet pepper - seeded, and (small) |
Cut into strips | ||
3 oz | 85g | Bean sprouts |
Freshly-cracked black pepper |
Heat the oil in a frying pan, skillet, or wok and stir-fry the beans and the sewwt peppers for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they become tender crisp. Stir in the bean sprouts and season to taste with the pepper. This recipe yields 4 servings.
