3 cups | 711ml | Potatoes - up to 4 (medium) |
And thinly sliced | ||
2 cups | 474ml | 18% cream - or milk |
2 | Eggs | |
2 oz | 56g | Emmenthal cheese - up to 3 oz |
Make two layers of potato slices in a greased casserole, sprinkling cheese, salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg on each layer. Whisk cream and eggs together and pour over potatoes. Bake in preheated 350F oven 1 hour or til potatoes are tender.
