Golden Potato Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Russet potatoes (medium) |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - melted |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups | 474ml | Sour cream |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Chopped green onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Boil potatoes with the skins on. Peel and shred when done. Combine all ingredients in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350Ff for 30 minutes.
