1 lb | 454g / 16oz | New potatoes - unpeeled |
3 | Garlic - peeled | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Nonfat yogurt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Nonfat sour cream |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
Fresh gound black pepper |
Place potatoes and garlic in pot with enough water to cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Drain and mash, then stir in yogurt, sour cream, and salt and pepper.
