Garden-Good Green Beans Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Green beans |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion-sliced (medium) |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chicken bouillion |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
Snip ends off green beans; halve lengthwise, then crosswise.
Saute onion in butter until soft in a medium saucepan. Stir in beans; toss until shiny moist. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling; cover.
Cook 10 minutes or until beans are just crisply tender and serve.
