Fried Bhindi

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlBhindi - (ladyfinger, okra) cut up
1   Onion (small)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlZeera
3   Red chiles
  Salt according to taste
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlHaldi
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
1 tablespoon 15mlImli water --optional
1   Tomato

Recipe Instructions

Saute the sliced onion until transparent-light brown. Add zeera, salt, haldi, bhindi and chilis. Cover and cook on low heat till soft. Do not add water. Try not to stir so much otherwise it will breakup. To check if done, stir, when the sticky texture disappears, its done.
