Fiddleheads Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen fiddleheads | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
Cook fiddleheads in the water about 5 to 8 min. Drain. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and butter, mix well.
