Festive Vegetable Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Frozen broccoli - carrots & (16 oz.) | |
| 1 | Cream of broccol soup - (10 3/4 oz.) | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 1/3 cups | 83g / 2.9oz | French fried onions |
1. In 2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine vegetables, soup, milk, soy and 2/3 cup onions.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes (or bake in 375 oven for 30-35 minutes) until vegetables are hot, stirring occasionally.
3. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Serves 5.
