| 1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Light brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pickling salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
* Peppers should be seeded and chopped.
