& cooled | ||
1 | Garbanzos - (15 to 16) | |
1 | Kidney beans - (15 to 16) | |
1 | Red onion - coarsely chopped (large) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Seasoned rice vinegar |
Combine all ingredients in a sealed plastic container and shake well. Let sit in fridge overnight, gets better with age, up to 10 days in the fridge.
