Fanfold Baked Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Marg - melted |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onions - sliced thin |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Cheddar - grated |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan |
Directions: Peel potatoes, rinse and pat dry. Cut into thin slices but not all the way through. Spread to make a fan. Place in a micro-wave dish and sprinkle with melted marg, parsley, salt and green onions. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, re-arranging after 5 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Microwave another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes soft.
