English Pea Soup

Recipe Ingredients

1   Frozen english peas - (1)
1/4   Lettuce
3 oz 85gFresh lettuce
3 oz 85gFresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozGreen onions - chopped
2 teaspoons 10mlBouillion granules - chicken-flavored
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
1 1/4 cups 296mlWater
1/4 cup 59mlSkim water

Recipe Instructions

Comine English peas, lettuce, spinach, green onions, bouillion granules, chervil and pepper in a large saucepan; stir in water.

Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.

Process mixture to saucepan, and stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.
