Eggplant With Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Eggplant - (50gm) | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Butter - (10gm) |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Canned tomatoes - (50 gm) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chives - chopped (2gm) |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Brown the eggplant in butter. Add salt and pepper. Heat tomatoes in a separate pan and pour over eggplant. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
