Holiday Punch

Make this healthy punch for your New Year's celebrations. Omit the rum for a flavorful, alcohol-free refresher.

Serves: 8 people

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 948mlSchweppes Diet Ginger Ale
  = (or equivalent product)
4 cups 948mlGrapefruit-mango juice
2 2/3 tablespoons 39mlFrozen orange juice concentrate - thawed
4 oz 113gRum, preferably white, 80 proof
2   Limes
1   Red grapefruit - sliced (small)
1   Orange - sliced

Recipe Instructions

Combine ginger ale, juice, concentrate, rum and juice of 1 lime.

Slice remaining lime. Garnish punch with sliced lime, grapefruit and orange.

This recipe yields 8 servings; 1-cup servings.
