Holiday Punch Recipe - Cooking Index
Make this healthy punch for your New Year's celebrations. Omit the rum for a flavorful, alcohol-free refresher.
Serves: 8 people| 4 cups | 948ml | Schweppes Diet Ginger Ale |
| = (or equivalent product) | ||
| 4 cups | 948ml | Grapefruit-mango juice |
| 2 2/3 tablespoons | 39ml | Frozen orange juice concentrate - thawed |
| 4 oz | 113g | Rum, preferably white, 80 proof |
| 2 | Limes | |
| 1 | Red grapefruit - sliced (small) | |
| 1 | Orange - sliced |
Combine ginger ale, juice, concentrate, rum and juice of 1 lime.
Slice remaining lime. Garnish punch with sliced lime, grapefruit and orange.
This recipe yields 8 servings; 1-cup servings.
