Curried Cabbage & Arame Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Eden arame |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Eden toasted sesame oil |
2 cups | 474ml | Cabbage - thinly sliced |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Eden shoyu |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Curry powder |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Parsley - minced |
Soak arame for 5 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Saute arame in heated oil for 3-5 minutes. Add cabbage, soaking water and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add curry and additional soy sauce to taste; cook 5 minutes longer. Add parlsey and serve.
