1 cup 160g / 5.6ozBrown rice
1 cup 237mlBarley
6   Carrots - chunked
1   Onion - chopped
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozMushrooms - chopped
1   Garlic spice blend
8 cups 1896mlWater
1   Bragg's aminos to taste

Recipe Instructions

put a lid on it and cook on low overnight.

In the AM I added a dash of Bragg's Aminos for the saltiness I wanted. It was really good and my spouse had seconds. There is enough left for at least one more breakfast for two.
