Crispy Skin-On Oven Fries

Recipe Ingredients

  Olive oil spray
3   Baking potatoes - scrubbed (large)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPaprika
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic powder

Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet lightly with olive oil spray. Cut each potato into 8 wedges and place, skin-side down, on the baking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray.

2. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes, or until browned and tender.
