Crispy Oven-Baked Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Cornflakes
3 tablespoons	45ml	Grated parmesan
1 teaspoon	5ml	Paprika
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Garlic salt
2 teaspoons	10ml	Potatoes - peeled and sliced (large)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Process cornflakes, cheese and spices in blender.

Spray potatoes with oil, then cornflake mixture. Place on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake 20-25 min. :
