3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Cornflakes |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grated parmesan |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Potatoes - peeled and sliced (large) |
Preheat oven to 375F. Process cornflakes, cheese and spices in blender.
Spray potatoes with oil, then cornflake mixture. Place on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake 20-25 min. :
