Glazed Carrots Recipe - Cooking Index
Subtly sweet and slightly tangy, these pretty glazed carrots liven up any dinner plate.

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Honey |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
4 | Carrots - sliced and steamed |
In a medium nonstick saucepan, melt the margarine. Add the onion and cook, stirring as needed, until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until heated through and well mixed. Add the carrots; toss to coat.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
