Creamy Cauliflower-Pea Medley Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
10 oz | 284g | Frozen cauliflower - (1 package) |
10 oz | 284g | Frozen green peas - (1 package) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Peeled diced cucumber |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Reduced-calorie ranch dressing |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Nonfat sour cream alternative |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried whole dillweed |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain well.
Combine cauliflower mixture and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
