Creamy Broccoli Soup (Lacto) Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | -- (s) vegetable stock |
4 cups | 440g / 15oz | Carrot - chopped (medium) |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | -- (s) celery, diced |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | -- (s) onion, chopped |
10 oz | 284g | -- (s) broccoli frozen, 10 |
Bring vegs to boil in stock. Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes. Mix milk and flour. Slowly add into soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. remove from heat. Ladle hot soup over cheese into four bowls.
