Colcannon Recipe - Cooking Index
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Potatoes - peeled and boiled (medium) |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter - to taste |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - to taste |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper - to taste |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sour cream |
8 oz | 227g | Kale - cooked and chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - grated |
Mash potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, milk and sour cream until light and fluffy. Stir in kale and grated onion. Serve at once.
