Cranberry-Apricot Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Give plain cranberry sauce a rest this year. Instead, try out our jazzed-up version, chock-full of apricots, with a hint of orange.
Courses: Sauces12 oz | 340g | Fresh or frozen cranberries |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dried apricot halves - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange spreadable fruit |
Over medium-high heat combine all ingredients; cook until cranberries have popped, 10 minutes.
Cool and serve at room temperature.
This recipe yields 10 servings; 1/4 cup servings.
