Cheese And Onion Flan

Recipe Ingredients

1   Passover pastry i - see recipe
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
2 tablespoons 30mlOnion - chopped (medium)
2   Eggs - beaten
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
8 oz 227gHard cheese - grated
  Salt
  Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Roll out the pastry to fit an 8" flan tin. Chill in freezer, 15-30 min.

Heat oil in small pan. Saute onions until soft and transparent.

Mix eggs and milk. Add the onions and cheese, and season to taste. Pour into flan tin and bake at 375F for 35-40 min until set and golden.
