2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Frozen hash browns |
1 | Cream of chicken soup - condensed | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
8 oz | 227g | Cheddar cheese - grated |
1 | Margarine | |
1 | Onion - chopped (medium) |
Melt butter and saute onion, add other ingredients and blend with hash browns. Place in casserole and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
