Cauliflower And Peppers Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Banana peppers (large) | |
| 1 | Cauliflower - cut into flowerets | |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Monterey jack cheese - shredded |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Red pepper - chopped (medium) |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Milk |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | All-purpose flour |
| 2 | Eggs - beaten |
Cut banana peppers in half lengthwise. Place on bottom of a lightly greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Set aside for now. Steam cauliflower for 8-10 minutes until crisp, but tender. Drain.
Place cauliflower on banana peppers and sprinkle with cheese and red peppers. Combine flour and 1/2 cup of milk, stirring until smooth. Add remaining milk and eggs, stirring well. Pour this over entire dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
